For more than 40 years, XULONG SPRING has grown from a small village-run workshop into one of South China’s leading customized spring manufacturers. Today, we are proud to share another major milestone in our journey: our new 20-acre factory is nearing completion of its exterior construction, and the next stage—interior workshop installation—is about to begin.
This new facility represents far more than additional space. It reflects our long-term vision to expand global capacity, enhance production efficiency, and deliver even higher-quality custom springs to customers worldwide.
A Major Step Forward: Exterior Construction Completed
After breaking ground in September 2024, the project has moved rapidly and steadily.

✔ External façade installation is finished
✔ Large equipment access paths are ready
✔ Utilities and fire-safety pipelines are in place
The site is transforming week by week—from an empty construction zone into a modern, high-performance manufacturing center.
From the outside, the factory has already taken full shape—a clean, streamlined, multi-building complex designed for large-scale industrial production. The buildings are engineered to support heavy machinery, high-capacity storage, efficient logistics flow, and future automation upgrades.
Next Stage: Interior Finishing & Workshop Build-Out
With the exterior complete, we are now entering the next crucial phase:
1. Interior Flooring & Workshop Zones
Strong load-bearing floors are being prepared for:
Large hot-coil spring lines
CNC forming machines
Heat-treatment ovens
Shot-peening equipment
Quality-control laboratories
2. Power, Gas & Process Piping
To support our wide production range (wire diameter 0.1–80 mm), we are building:
High-capacity electrical systems
Dedicated air-compression networks
3. Quality & Testing Laboratories
A new QC center will be equipped for:
Tensile testing
Fatigue testing
Torque and force calibration
Dimensional inspection with precision tools
4. Automated Warehousing & Logistics
The new factory includes:
Smart material tracking
Optimized coil-steel storage
Efficient delivery and loading areas
