Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible. For wire forms we can start from just 1 piece. For other spring types, the MOQ depends on specification, material and production process — tell us your requirement and we will confirm a clear answer.
Can you make springs to my drawings or samples?
Yes. All XULONG SPRING springs are custom-made to your drawings, samples or detailed specifications. We can also provide design support when needed.
Do you support OEM/ODM projects?
Yes. We provide OEM supply and project support for engineering buyers and manufacturers, from sample verification through to mass production.
Sampling & Lead Time
Can you provide samples? How much do they cost?
Samples can be provided based on project evaluation. Sample cost and conditions depend on specification and order potential — please contact us for details.
How long does sampling take?
Typical sample lead time is around 14 days, depending on specification and current production schedule.
How long does mass production take?
Production lead time depends on specification, quantity and material availability. Contact us with your requirements for a confirmed schedule.
What is your production capacity?
Our monthly capacity is about 800 tons, and we can ship approximately 6 containers per week for large orders.
Quality & Certification
What certifications does XULONG SPRING hold?
We are IATF 16949:2016 certified, running our factory to automotive-grade quality standards.
How do you control raw material quality?
We run strict incoming testing, including size, tensile strength and metallography testing where required.
What testing equipment do you have?
We have an ST-300 spring tester that can measure load up to 30 tons, plus regular load test and inspection equipment.
Do you provide quality documents and material certificates?
Yes. We can supply material certificates, load test reports and other quality documents to support engineering and purchasing approval.
Materials & Specifications
What wire diameter range can you process?
Wire diameters from 0.1mm to 80mm. Hot roll springs can be made with bar diameter up to 80mm.
What materials do you use?
Carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. For heavy-duty springs we also use oil-tempered steel, high carbon steel such as 82B, and oil-tempered alloy steel.
What surface treatments do you offer?
We offer oil, painting, electrophoresis, oxidative blackening, zinc plating (galvanizing), nickel plating, powder coating in many colors, chrome plating, Dacromet coating and more, based on your requirements.
Do you provide design and technical support?
Yes. We have an R&D and engineering team that can assist with spring design, material selection and drawing preparation.
Shipping & Payment
How do you pack and ship?
We provide export packing. Large springs are packed with wood crates; smaller springs are packed according to customer requirements. Shipping by sea, air or express can be arranged to suit your destination.
